You have to print with 100% fill and superglue them together. Then drill the holes with 3mm dia and 3.5mm dia bits. My printer would not print the holes accurately. I was\/am a little concerned about its strength, and was very careful to make sure the clutch was really well aligned so it came out without undue force... snapping off the alignment tool in situ would be a real pain! The cup holder hole is sized to nicely fit the small-sized drink cups at a few of my favorite fast food joints. You may have to adjust the hole diameter in FreeCAD to make it work for you.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eI know it works on the 1987 Porsche 924S, but I can't confirm its functionality on cars I don't own.
