It is about 1mm longer than the original so it pulls the window shut just a little further.  I tested this in my Silverado and the wind noise is much less than it was with the original piece.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eI printed this out of PLA with 100% infill.  I think it should be alright but I'm not sure what will happen in the summer when temperatures get over 100F degrees.  The PLA may become a little malleable.  Maybe a different material, like PETG, would be better... I'm not sure, I'll find out.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eI saw something similar to this for sale online for over $30, but it looked simple enough to try to design and print, not to mention way cheaper.
