I used a 1\/4\"x3\/4\" bolt with a lock washer and nut. you'll have to go through the same process as fixing a bad actuator cable - remove interior panel and metal panel on the rear hatch (there's plenty of videos on youtube).  Reach down and slide this part over the lever that actuates the catch then install the bolt thru your 3d printed part. It takes a little bit of pressure to push it onto the actuator lever. Sometimes the \"jaws\" of this part get filament between them, so make sure they open freely before install.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eI don't believe this will be compatible with the factory plastic trim piece that surrounds the latch.
