The beauty of the 3D printer is the ability to produce your own replacements (within limits).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe parts are designed to print flat without support.  To assemble:\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e1. Print out one each of the mount and insert and glue the insert into the bottom of the mount (it should fit without any fettling required.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e2. Cut three M6 coach screws so about 20mm of thread remains (this is thread past the head and the square part of the neck).\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e3. Glue the coach screws into the mount, inserting from the top.  The mount is designed to trap the square heads of the coach screws to prevent them turning, but a little glue always helps.  I've included the sketchup source file in case anyone wants to redesign for hex head bolts.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e4. Grab our original part and remove the old plastic mount by removing the split ring and pulling it away from the pivot.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e5. Clean rust from the pivot, grease liberally and reassemble with your new mount.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e6.
