About this part

This gear is for the A/C Blend Door of the Hyundai i20, model years 2010 to 2015.

Among most cars equipped with an electric HVAC system, there’s often a common issue that appears after a few years of use: when changing the climate control settings, you hear a clicking sound. This is usually caused by a broken gear inside the blend doors.

Instead of paying for the entire component, you can simply replace the damaged gear.

All you need to do is remove all the clips around the part, locate the broken gear, and install a new 3D-printed replacement.
(The file I’ve provided is for the larger gear.)

I recommend using ABS if PETG is not available, for thermal safety—car interiors can get very hot. This is a part you don’t want to soften.
(Be sure to print it solid and at low speed to ensure good quality.)
