3D-printed replacement center console latch made for the 1975-2026 Ford F-150: a simple way to replace a cracked, lost or hard-to-find original part.
About this part
I see a few versions already on here but they didnt work for me. I created a new version with very strong pin posts to avoid future breaks. PLA is plenty strong with this design. A small pin has been added to the center to hold a standard small spring. If you have the original spring it should work fine over one of the existing pins otherwise place or glue a small compression spring over the little post in the top middle.
Pins will seem too long but if you simply force them in they shoudl be fine. You can file them down a tad if they seem to tight for your truck.
I printed it with the pins and latch portion touching the base and the handle standing straight up. I used supports with a 75% infill.
