3D-printed replacement charger lock made for the 2024 Tesla Model 3: a simple way to replace a cracked, lost or hard-to-find original part.
About this part
This is a charger lock for a Tesla. I made this for a buddy of mine so I am not sure which Tesla models it will fit but I believe he has a model 3. This is just a beefed up version of some others I have found on here. The ones I had found were just a bit too flimsy so I wanted to make it stronger and more durable.
I have included 2 variations, one with a lock logo and one without. I was going to add one with a Tesla logo but wasn't sure if this would be copyright infringement.

Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .2 Infill: 100 Filament: GST3D PLA+ Notes: I recommend printing this with 100% infill for the strongest print and to reduce possible warping from direct sunlight exposure. I used PLA + but I am sure any filament would work fine. I played around with the fit but if it is too snug or too loose I recommend scaling it up or down to your exact fit. I also recommend printing a low quality test print to test fit on your charger.
