3D-printed replacement cup holder made for the 1979-1991 Mercedes-benz S-class W126: a simple way to replace a cracked, lost or hard-to-find original part.
About this part
This simple print will create a dual-cup cup holder in your W126 cassette storage under the armrest. With the armrest down, you have access to the front cup holder; both are accessible if you lift the armrest.
PLA is fine for this print, though interior temps during summer might call for printing in PETG. NOTE: Print with LINEAR supports on a RAFT to avoid curling at the base or stringing under the flange.
This will consume c. 350g of filament, and took about 8 1/2 hours on my AD5M.
