Speakers were mounted to the brackets using M4x20 hex cap machine screws and nuts, there are pockets in the bracket so the heads of the screws do not protrude and interfere with mounting.  I also used foam between the bracket and door, and speaker and bracket, to minimize any coupled vibration.  Printed with PLA, 30% infill.
