THIS IS A FLOOR TRIM PIECE MADE FROM ABS FOR THE 98-02 FORD RANGER. PRINTED IN SEPARATE PARTS THEN CHEMICAL WELDED TOGETHER IT SHOULD REPLACE THE TRIM AT THE DOOR ON THE FLOOR OF THE CAB. THE OEM REPLACEMENT FROM A DEALER SHIP IS AROUND $10-$20. IF YOU WANT A DIFFERENT COLORED DOOR WAY OR JUST DON'T WANT TO ORDER THE PART FROM FORD THIS IS THE PART FOR YOU.
YOU COULD VINYL WRAP IT OR SMOOTH IT. MY FIRST ATTEMPT I TRIED MIMICKING THE LEATHER TEXTURE OEM PARTS HAVE BY SMOOTHING THEN WRAPPING IT IN A PIECE OF FAUX VINYL LEATHER. IT DIDN'T TURN OUT THAT GREAT BUT MAYBE THERE IS SOME TECHNIQUE TO IT.
