The adapter allows a replacement speaker with a standard mounting method to be fitted.\u003cbr\u003eI do not know if this would fit a normal A4 or one without the Bose Speakers. I also do not know if there were any regional differences.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe stock speakers use a propriety mounting system which wont take any standard size speakers.
