It is mounted with double stick tape. I split the model into 2 pieces  for better print result. Used epoxy to join the pieces. There's a slight curve in the facing edge to help align to my original drawing however the ball can be positioned wherever it works best for you. I used support for printing the ball. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe model size is just about perfect for ABS and when printed in PETG the ball needed more sanding to properly fit Garmin's mount socket. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eUpdate: I've been using this mount with the RV770 GPS and it's pretty big. Couple that with a lot of flexing from the vibrations of dirt road travel, my double stick tape started to let go. So I made a small brace to tame flex forces. A simple post that just needs a dab of epoxy on the end of the peg once everything is mounted with double stick tape.  \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOk, still not happy with the mount bracket.
