I used 16mm M3 screws with countersunk washers on the heads.  The top screws just thread into the plastic.  The bottom screws go through and are secured with nuts and flat washers.  I printed the pieces with PETG and they're holding up OK in the Texas heat. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eUPDATE: R2.0 has a 21.5mm opening for the radio clip.  R3.0 has a 24mm opening.
