If you print this out of TPU again that shouldn't be an issue, but if you use a non-flexible filament you'll have to heat the finished piece and mold it to the mounting bracket.\u003cbr\u003eI attached the metal strip from the original mounting hardware to the eyebrow and softened it with a heat gun to get it close enough, but you could also mount it directly to the car and then heat it.
