Ours is very weak and liked to collapse on it's own, so I added the support pipe.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eI know this will eventually get kicked and broken once the kids get bigger, but right now we have two that are both in carseats, so it works perfect for us.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe base will need printed with supports, but it will be very minimal extra plastic.
