3D-printed led headlight bulb adapter for the 1998-2006 Bmw 3 Series E46, made to order as an affordable alternative to a discontinued or expensive original part.
About this part
Adapter to fit LED headlight bulbs in a BMW E46 halogen headlight.
Although I printed the test versions from PLA, definitely use other types of plastic, as PLA warped to an unusable state in about a month.
Attached is the Fusion 360 file as well. I won't be able to finish this project as I no longer have the car.
