Do not print this in PLA and leave it in your car, because it will shrink. ABS or PETG should work in a hot car. I printed this top side up, which used alot of support for the bottom which worked fine, but took longer. I believe it should work being printed upside-down, but you may have an issue with the curve in the tabs not connecting fully, but shouldn't require supports and should print quicker. I have not tried it upside down and support-less. I would use a raft, though, to help support the tab.
