The base section fits in the panel below the Climate Controls. This was a blank panel in my Australian Leaf, but it may be used for indicator lights in other countries. The holder has 3 parts. One part mounts to the dash (fixed in place by factory screws from the inside as shown in the photos. The second part pushes in to the base, and I used it to hold a QI induction charger. I bought the QI charger from Jaycar Electronis in Australia. https:\/\/www.jaycar.com.au\/fast-wireless-qi-charger\/p\/MB3667 There's probably the same thing available in other countries. I took the cover off the charger and just used the internal bits. The last part is custom made to suit whatever phone you have. My one fits a Samsung Galaxy S8 with an Incipio cover. I tacked the phone holder to the induction charger mount with super glue, but it already holds in place fairly well by the 4 pins. I printed all parts in the orientation as shown. This meant that I'd get the best finish on the faces that you see when installed.
