The shape will be a little rougher than printing the part standing up, but it will be much stronger against the shear loading it experiences while on the vehicle.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eI used ASA, but PLA or ABS should also work. I printed one at 0.1 mm resolution and one at 0.2 mm resolution.
