This bolts right into the factory location, puts the speakers right where they need to be, and allows the plastic covers to go back in place without any obstructions.  You may need to cut off a small metal piece on a tab just behind the driver side speaker to get it to fit perfectly (just depends on what aftermarket speakers you go with).  \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eI recommend buying some 5 minute epoxy from Walmart for $5.
