3D-printed replacement roof rail mount made for the 2008-2016 Volvo Xc70: a simple way to replace a cracked, lost or hard-to-find original part.
About this part
Needed a way to mount work lights to my 2016 XC70, but I didn't want to drill any holes and couldn't find a smart solution, so I made this non-invasive mount.
Printed with Bambulabs H2D, ABS and 30-35% infill.
This may fit also the P2 roof rail, but confirmation is needed.
There are 3 versions of this clamp uploaded here:
1. With groove for round headed hex bolts
2. With groove for hex headed bolts
3. Flat surface that fits both
4. Sames as #1, but with a recess for the M6 nut
