About this part
This is a hinge for the air deflector on the sunroof for Nissan part number 91280-4B010. This air deflector is a component of the Sunroof assembly 91205-4B010.
The hinge itself does not seem to have its own part number. I broke the brittle plastic on mine while refurbishing the sunroof and had to recreate it. As far as I can tell, this component went to 1995-1999 Altima's, Sentra's, and 200SX's. I seriously doubt that anyone will ever need this part, but it has some tricky geometries so I figured I would save some lucky person all the trouble. If you are that person, I recommend printing these on their sides for greater strength in the portion that the hinge pin goes through (As shown in the .3MF)
