3D-printed tachometer-mounted phone holder bracket for the 2001-2006 Mini Cooper R50, made to order as an affordable alternative to a discontinued or expensive original part.
About this part
Mount phone from this holder that mounts to the back side of tachometer using existing bolt holes. Print from high temperature nylon or comparable material. I laser cut the plate from aluminum and turned the post and ball from delrin. The ball mounts to plate with an M5-0.8 x 12mm long stainless steel BHCS. I used a washer head wood screw with same thread as the factory from hardware store to mount bracket to tachometer.
