To make it strong give it more walls and top\/bottom layers and good infil. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eI printed mine 4 walls, 5 top and 5 bottom layers with 50% infil. Seems plenty strong. The part is anyway designed to be more beefy than the original one which is only 2mm strong ABS plastic.
