It's a derivative of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6860115 so it should print upside down, but also has the issue with fragile hooks.
All the main work was done by elfving on the thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4785679
It definitely works with Wrangler JK 2017 and definitely not with a 2008 JK. So better remove your vent ring and check the tabs with the model before printing.
