Our products are digital 3D model files. Because files can be downloaded and copied, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once you have started downloading them (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). By completing your order and downloading, you agree to this.
When we refund or replace
- The file is corrupted, incomplete or cannot be opened.
- The file does not match the product description (wrong part or vehicle).
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- You have not downloaded the files yet and ask within 14 days of your order.
How to ask
Email contact@partsremade.com with your order number and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days.
Not covered
Printing problems caused by printer settings, material choice or printer quality, or a part that does not fit because it was not compared with the original before printing. If you are unsure whether a model fits your car, contact us before buying.
