1. Seller
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on partsremade.com from Parts Remade SAS, Paris, France, email contact@partsremade.com (“we”, “us”).
2. Products
We sell digital 3D model files (generally STL files) of replacement parts for cars, vans and bicycles. No physical product is shipped. Each product page shows the vehicles the part is intended for, the files included and recommended print settings.
The models are replacement designs. They are not original manufacturer parts. You are responsible for checking fit against your original part before printing and for choosing a suitable printer and material. We do not offer models for safety-critical parts (brakes, steering, seat belts, airbags or structural parts), and models must not be used for such purposes.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), including VAT where applicable. No delivery costs apply to digital products. We may change prices at any time; the price applicable is the one shown when you place your order.
4. Order and payment
You place an order by adding products to your cart and completing checkout. Payment is taken at the time of the order through our payment provider. You receive an order confirmation by email.
5. Delivery of files
After payment is confirmed, the files are made available for download by a link in your order confirmation email and/or on your order page. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, contact contact@partsremade.com.
6. Licence of use
Purchasing a model gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download the file and print parts for your own vehicles. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files, or sell printed parts made from them, unless the product page states otherwise. Where a model is published under a specific licence by its designer, the terms of that licence also apply.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your order and downloading the files, you expressly request immediate access to the files and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. 8. Conformity and liability
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code). If a file is defective, corrupted or does not match its description, contact us and we will replace it or refund you. We are not liable for damage resulting from incorrect printing, unsuitable materials, improper installation or use of a part for a purpose other than the one described.
9. Personal data

10. Disputes and applicable law
These Terms are governed by French law. If a problem arises, please contact us first at contact@partsremade.com so we can find a solution. Failing an amicable solution, the competent French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules of your country of residence if you are a consumer in the EU.
