About this part
Ford rear AC vents are notorious failing and always closing, making them useless. This will open them up in a fixed position and still allow you to direct the airflow in the right direction. Print this with supports (Only need 45 degree, this should add supports for just the outer ring) then remove the old insert and replace with this print. Kids love having AC again :) I think this design should work from 2015-2017 Expedition models.
