**Volvo C30/S40/V50 Front Headlights Dust Covers**
This download includes a 3D-printable model of the front headlight dust covers designed for the Volvo C30 T5. The models were created based on OEM dimensions and mounting geometry to ensure accurate fitment and secure sealing of the headlight housing.
These covers are intended as printable replacements for damaged, missing, or brittle factory dust caps, helping to protect the headlight assembly from dust, moisture, and debris while maintaining proper ventilation and bulb access.
The design is also compatible with additional Volvo P1-platform models using similar headlight housings, including certain versions of the Volvo C30, S40 and V50. Compatibility may vary depending on production year, headlight type, and engine configuration, so please compare with your original part before printing.
The model includes an integrated channel designed for a gasket or sealing material. This can be used in several ways depending on your preferred installation method:
- A custom rubber gasket can be cut to size and fitted into the channel
- The cover can be sealed directly to the headlight using silicone or other automotive-grade sealants
- A flexible sealing ring or gasket can be 3D printed separately using TPU or another flexible filament
The files can be printed using common materials such as PETG, ABS, ASA, or other heat-resistant filaments suitable for automotive use. However, 3D-printed components may not fully match the durability, sealing performance, or long-term heat resistance of original OEM parts. For best results, use materials designed for under-hood temperatures and exterior automotive conditions.
