This is a plug for the hole left after removing the shark fin antenna of a Mazda MX-5 ND Miata. Use strong automotive/external double sided tape on the base of the plug to attach it to the trunk lid. Prime/paint to match your paint color.

This was made up in Tinkercad. Dimensions of the plug are 15.7 mm x 21.4 mm with top curved corners having a radius of 3 mm. I made the middle plug 2 mm taller than the base. The plug fits perfectly and snugly in the hole. (Ignore my ugly print example; I'm having issues with this filament.)

The shark fin antenna is used for SiriusXM only. There's a bolt on the under side of the trunk that can be unscrewed and the shark fin lifts straight up/out at that point, possibly requiring a little tug. The cable to the antenna needs to be unhooked halfway down the underside of the trunk. With the shark fin removed, the entertainment system will show a prompt to check on the antenna so keep it plugged in and stowed away somewhere. I zip-tied it to the trunk lid but others have re-routed the cable and placed it inside the trunk. You might also need to polish your trunk after removing the shark fin as there can be left over marks on the paint from it.
