Which material should I print with?
PETG is strong and easy to print, so it suits most interior parts. Use ASA for parts in direct sun, outside the car or near heat. PLA is fine for a test fit but softens in a hot car.
Will these files fit my Tesla Model Y 2020+?

I don't own a 3D printer. Can I still use the files?
