About this part
This is the base for a cell mount for a 2014 RAM 1500. It installs without permanent modification of the truck, in the business-card holder in the center console. It's very close to a 12V socket in the console, to connect a charger. This is just a generic base, designed to accept a mounting plate using the industry-standard AMPS 4-hole pattern . Compatible mounts are made by Quad Lock , RAM Mounts , and probably many others. Four #10-32 square nuts (3/8" flats) are embedded inside the print. It will accept #10-32 flat-head machine screws up to 1" long. I built up a nice Quad Lock mount on mine, with a wireless charging head on top. Quad Lock stuff is a bit pricey, but it's top-tier.
